The New Year is Bringing Much Change
As 2024 charges full-steam-ahead, I figured it would be a good time to pop on and share some updates. While I recognize it has been quite some time between my last blog update and this one, I’m hoping that with the new year I will be able to post more frequently, with both educational and personal updates for those interested.
So, what has been happening behind-the-scenes in the life of Autumn? I’m glad you asked!
Between June 2023 and now, I:
Completed my MS Marketing degree at the University of Cincinnati;
Got promoted to Executive Marketing Strategist at SCREENEZE;
Joined the Mentorship Committee in the American Marketing Association Cincinnati Professional Chapter;
Reignited my passion for dance by joining a local adult tap class;
Co-founded an educational-backed digital marketing agency for independent growth and development.
All that being said, this new year promises to be a life-changing one, full of growth, variety, and much newness. This is the year I intend to make a job transition; the year I intend to get engaged and move in with my outstanding partner; the year I intend to fulfill certain post-graduation travel aspirations; the year I intend to welcome a furry, barking, four-legged friend into my home. While I am filled with enthusiasm and passion for what 2024 will bring, I am equally filled with self-doubt and anxiety for what 2024 might lack.
As the year picks up, I aspire to take moments as they come, with as much real-time emotion as I can enjoy. Fortunately, my goal during last year of enjoying the ‘little moments’ had fantastic outcomes for my mental and physical health. I’m hoping those meaningful opportunities for growth and self-reflection continue to arise in the new year.
